Ajit Isaac - Managing Director

A Human Resource professional with more than a decade of experience in various leadership roles in some of India's largest companies, Ajit is a gold medallist in his Post Graduate programme in Personnel Management from the Madras School of Social work. A British Council Chevening Scholar, he has also done Managers for Leadership Programme from the Leeds University.

He has a keen sense of the Internet business and brings to play his experience in recruitment and his understanding of technology. As the Managing Director of the company, he is driving its operations towards globally recognizable standards.

Sudhakar B - Director & COO

Sudhakar, is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Formerly, Head of HR, Satyam Infoway Ltd., he is a senior HR professional with more than sixteen years of experience and has successfully completed a variety of recruitment assignments. A Post Graduate in Personnel Management, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Sales and Marketing Management, he brings with him his experience both as a Manager and an entrepreneur, and is a key player in managing the operations of the Company.
