A leading Retail group is seeking to hire Call Center professionals for their 24X7 Call Centre(inbound) to be based in Dubai.

Job Description:

• UAE Driving licence a must.
• Candidates with Car will be preferred.
• 2 years experience in a Call Center.
• Good verbal and written (English and preferably Arabic) communication skills
• A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
• Able to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
• Able to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization
