Organization Profile:
Our client is one of the key players in Steel Industry.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Corporate Governance, Secretarial functions for Board/Shareholders meetings
- Filings with Government authorities, stock exchange incorporation /liquidation of companies
- Intellectual property rights, change of shareholding between companies, loan documentation, registration of land and properties.
- Review of contracts to be entered into by the COMPANY
- Coordination of labor cases
- Supervision of Annual Shareholders meeting, Supervision of legal cases/arbitration, dealings in customs law.
- Update of law/regulations to the Management.
- Monthly and periodic legal reports.
- CR REGISTRATION Increase in share capital.
- Claims from Contractors.
- Drafting and negotiation of contracts
Qualification:
- 10 years of experience in legal and corporate affairs.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Dynamic, ability to anticipate things and act in advance
- Team oriented, leadership to achieve goals and work under pressure
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Sound legal knowledge
Education
- Bachelor's Degree /Masters in Law
