Our client is the leading manufacturing company that supplies industrial valves for a variety of industries from power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, steel and fertilizers.
Job Description:
- Participating in the development of the industry business unit strategy and go-to-market plan.
- Working with Global Marketing & other Regional Sales Leaders to ensure long-term profitable growth for the petrochemical and other Industries.
- Leading the commercial elements of the business to assure profitable growth in the Middle East Petrochemical Market (and where applicable, key accounts).
- Provide regional customer inputs to portfolio strategy process for the business unit.
- Support improvement in DSO, collection.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of valves (Control and Choke Valves) to the Petrochemical industry.
- Budget ownership and management.
- Experience in aligning sales organization to meet customer requirements while building internal capabilities.
- Identification of sales force capability gaps and implementation of plans to address for sustainable success.
- Ability to create and deploy an organizational culture and vision.
- Good in English & Arabic would be a plus.
Salary:
- Between AED 25,000 to AED 30,000 + benefits as per the UAE labor law.
