Prepares bidders list. Receives vendor’s bids. Refers technical clarifications to bidder. Clarifies commercial exceptions. Prepares commercial evaluations, Prepares bid tabulation. Prepares all standard documentation. Initiates insurance cover. Reviews Purchase Orders. Attends meetings. Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
