Main Responsibilities:

  • To conduct job analysis and draft job descriptions
  • To conduct analysis of salary data (both internal and market data)
  • To research labour law requirements in countries of operations and prepare briefs
  • To research best practice in terms of HR policies in countries of operations and prepare briefs
  • To keep abreast of remuneration trends in countries of operations and prepare briefs
  • To liaise with HR counterparts in company offices/ agencies worldwide with the aim of coordinating HR alignment activities
  • To handle admin matters for the C&B section

Job Specification:

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Management/ business studies with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations
  • 4-5 years experience in HR, out of which 2 spent doing C&B related work
  • Hands-on experience in conducting job analysis and drafting job descriptions
  • Exposure to job evaluation would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Excellent written English and good spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with multiple cultures
