Main Responsibilities:
- To conduct job analysis and draft job descriptions
- To conduct analysis of salary data (both internal and market data)
- To research labour law requirements in countries of operations and prepare briefs
- To research best practice in terms of HR policies in countries of operations and prepare briefs
- To keep abreast of remuneration trends in countries of operations and prepare briefs
- To liaise with HR counterparts in company offices/ agencies worldwide with the aim of coordinating HR alignment activities
- To handle admin matters for the C&B section
Job Specification:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Management/ business studies with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations
- 4-5 years experience in HR, out of which 2 spent doing C&B related work
- Hands-on experience in conducting job analysis and drafting job descriptions
- Exposure to job evaluation would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent written English and good spoken English
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple cultures
