Skills Required:

• 8-9 Yrs of Technical experience in IT preferably in Microsoft technologies like Enterprise Portal roll outs, Business intelligence solutions etc
• 2-3 Yrs of Consulting experience is preferred, experience in search techniques
• Domain knowledge in industries like Oil & Gas, Telecom, BFSI
• 1-2Yrs of experience in MS SharePoint and FAST (FAST ESP/ FS4SP/ FSIS/ FSIA); OR Google/ Any other Search platform
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to map functional requirements to product (technical) features
• Analysis of data sources & structure, Search Indexing Requirements
• Server Analysis and Recommendation for FAST ESP/ FS4SP/ FSIS/ FSIA

Job Description:

• Identify customer’s Business, IT and Search needs (Arabic Speaking is mandatory)
• Identify core search requirements, personalization, and recommendations requirements
• Identify data sources & structure, application/ Business processes & governance landscape
• Formulation of Search Strategy & guidelines; and prioritization
• Define Customer Benefit Map and Solution Recommendation
• Convince CXOs on Search strategy, TCO & ROI, and implementation strategy
• Execute Effort/Impact Analysis, opportunities/ Recommendations analysis
