Organization Profile:

One of the worlds largest FMCG (food) manufacturing organisations, with brand names which are instantly recognisable, are seeking to appoint a Jordanian National General Manager for a new operation in Amman.

Job Description:

Working within in this fast paced operation, you will have the complete responsibility of the business unit head, from manufacturing processes to  profitability of the operation.

A strong leader you will identify key business improvements, with a comprehensive understanding of food manufacturing processes and the associated health and safety requirements to ensure Just in Time delivery to a demanding client based.

Responsible for a head count of almost 300 staff of multiple nationalities you will be used to managing a diverse range of issues and demands to ensure the retention of key individuals within the business, whilst utilising key performance indicators to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the overall business unit.

This challenging role will call upon all of your diplomatic and negotiation skills and will require you to make strategic decisions under pressure to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.
