Organization Profile:

As one of the major gas transportation company in Oman, delivers natural gas fueling the economic sectors in the country, such as power plants and industries. The Company is involved in the transmission and distribution of natural gas, through a large network of gas pipelines and associated facilities.

Job Description:

- Provide pipeline expertise and technical supports to projects, operations, integrity and maintenance departments.
- Manage all pipeline engineering deliverables for all ongoing projects
- Carry out/support on front-end studies for capital projects (incl. FCP’s) to maintain and expand the existing Gas supply and transportation system, as required.
- Pursue new technology opportunities.
- Responsible for procedures, standards, guidelines, specifications etc related to pipeline engineering as applicable.

Qualification & Skills:

- University Graduate in engineering discipline, preferably mechanical. 5-8 years experience in gas transportation system; rotating equipments; engineering design and contract management. - Previous work experience in Pipeline Concept, Basic and detail engineering. Management of EPC Contract throughout project execution phases. - Previous work experience in pipeline brown field projects, involving intervention in live systems such as hot tap.
