Telesales Executive
We are currently recruiting top talent for the role of Telesales Executive for our client, a leading Bank in Dubai, UAE
Duration: 12 Months
Working days: 6 days a week
This a junior role - open for candidates with below 5 years experience
Job purpose:
Telesales representatives play a vital role in generating leads for the sales team. Contact potential and existing customers by phone to inform them of their company's products, services and offers.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calls
- Showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged
- Demonstrate how our products can best address Customer needs
- Upsell products if possible
- Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses
- Direct calls to other departments as needed
- Take incoming calls from current customers
- Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales
- Follow up on calls as needed
Skills required
- Requirement is immediate joining.
- Sales experience with excellent communication skills
