Designation:  Marketing Communication SpecialistDivision:  Healthcare DivisionDepartment:  MarketingReporting to:   CEODirect Report(s):Healthcare Services & Operations ManagerJob Location:Abu Dhabi, UAEPosition Summary:  The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Division and its healthcare initiatives and priorities, by means of working closely with our Sales and Products teams for supporting and executing GTM (go-to-market) programs. He/she is responsible for demand creation, lead generation, local and regional market awareness and helping to generate and boost the sales pipeline and product launch campaigns in the UAE and MENA markets.
This role profile requires the Regional Marketing Manager to be proactive, team-oriented, and an effective influential decision maker, with the ability to work under pressure, holding strong leadership, critical thinking and communication skills. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage strategy, development and execution for integrated marketing and nurture programs, campaigns and events to drive lead, pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Orchestrate Account Based Marketing Programs to successfully penetrate Target Accounts.
  • Develop all internal and external communications to support the campaigns including email invites, online ad/landing page content and newsletters.
  • Develop and/or source high-value content offers and calls to action aligned to buyers’ stage-specific information needs (white papers, e-books, analyst reports, interactive tools, case studies, Webinars, videos and more) for use in programs and campaigns across a broad range of vehicles and channels.
  • Craft compelling, audience-focused messaging and copy for emails, landing pages, digital ads and other materials.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, internal teams and resources and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Define demand waterfall targets, pipeline contribution, budgets and campaign metrics.  Continually monitor and measure campaigns to improve results, ROI and achieve lead goals.
  • Keep pace with demand generation, digital marketing and content marketing trends and best practices; initiate pilots of emerging technologies and approaches for improving lead quality and volume.
  • Work to create awareness programs with existing clientele and help improving the adaption.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Increased local and regional market awareness and in turn division’s profitability, due to effective measurable marketing campaigns launched, assessed via client surveys, campaign metrics, and growth of sales pipeline, amongst other key metrics, as part of the ROI.
  • Number of leads generated and converted into sales.

Key Risk Indicators
  • Publishing False information/content on different platforms.
  • Missing and disclosing confidential Information.
  • No accountability for generating an organic client relationship management.
  • Acting on personal interest which is not in line with the company’s best interest.

Required Competencies
  • Ideal professional experience with 3-5 years in Healthcare IT Marketing.
  • Substantial experience in a marketing role.
  • Healthcare/IT industry experience is an advantage and preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with a Result driven; Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast, dynamic environment.
  • Good economic knowledge and business acumen.
  • Ability to develop strong, positive relationships and professional networks with partners, customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work with CEO, operations, sales, service and support teams in various projects.
  • Negotiation skills to lead and manage the co-marketing discussions with the partner channel.
  • Responsible and dedicated.
  • Methodical and attentive to detail.
  • Good networking and Relationship Building Skills.
  • Good analytical Skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Proficient use of Office Suite, Social media channels and various software programs for designing the newsletters etc.
  • Fluent or holding a professional working proficiency in English language, and Arabic will be an advantage.

Desired Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Working Conditions
  • Required travelling to conduct meetings with clients in the MENA region.
