Receptionist (11 Month Contract)

Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the front office and provide administration support to the facility visitors by an enthusiastic, proactive and professional Receptionist
Jobholder will be the focal point of contact for all facility users. He/she will be asked to serve and exercise positive and warm hospitality according to the established procedures and provide support to the operation team by executing some secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
The jobholder should have a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar working environment or in hospitality industry. Experience in a government setting is highly desirable.
Jobholder will be required to be trained in telephone techniques, dealing with customers and suppliers in addition to any administrative training related to the job
The jobholder should be able to:
  • Perform basic Math
  • Compose proficient documents using MS Office.
  • Adapt and be flexible to change
  • Analyze situations to define issues and draw conclusions
