Application Specialist- Qatar
Job Summary:
Application Trainer will be responsible for providing high quality training for end user on our software products, excellent customer engagement.
This position has daily contact with support staff, customers, peers, and/or internal/external customer base.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide application training onsite/online to external and internal customers.
Frequent Travelling to customer sites for training and follow up.
Provide efficient, high quality training to ensure that our customers are able to use our products to its maximum potential.
Research, analyze, document and prepare training materials
Knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, desktop level troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with technical and field services personnel, customer IT technical staff when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
