Staffing Administrator (Emiratization Project)

Job purpose: Provide an excellent service experience for our customers, both clients and associates, for all administrative topics (on-boarding, off-boarding, employment contracts, visas, etc.)
Key Accountability & Tasks: 
  • Provide a high quality HR service delivery experience to our associates.
  • Perform all the necessary actions related to candidates /associates hiring with definite and indefinite contracts following internal procedures and ensure compliance with existing requirements as defined by the country labour law, regulations and insurance authorities.
  • Prepare service contracts for clients as per internal procedures.
  • Control the administrative aspect of the client’s requests.
  • Advise clients regarding any non-compliance with Labour Code.

Develop strong relationship with clients so as to solve any arising issues and address pending topics.
Education level: University degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration /Human Resources
Job experience & skills: 
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration or accounting / payroll environment or Customer Service
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations, labour law/legislation would be an asset
  • MS Office –power user of Excel
  • Excellent level of English
  • Problem solving & analysis
  • Teamwork
  • Communication skills
