Customer Service Intern  

Job Duties:
• Coordinate with clients and associates by sending them feedback surveys and generate reports.
• Calling approx. 30 to 40 associates every day for their feedback on Adecco services.
• Analysis and report generation.
• Follow up with line managers.
Candidate requirements:
• Excellent communication
• Microsoft Excel
• Analytical skills
• Ability to call and communicate with associates in ease
• Ability to learn and innovate.
• Students/Sponsor visa are highly preferred.
Work duration:
3 months temp contract
9 am to 6 pm
Experience certificate will be provided.
