Project Manager - Customer Experience

Monitor and manage the execution of key member experience projects within and customer care, map existing requirements and define areas of improvements to deliver competitive, if not best in class, experiences in key customer service touch points.
Develop project plans, resource schedule and budget for small to medium sized projects according to member experience enhancements roadmap
Manage the CR (change request) process for member experience enhancements from stakeholder sessions, requirements definition.
Define change management requirements for new features and functionality ensuring training materials are developed.
Provide support and guidance for stakeholders when needed. Provide regular updates to Senior Management including managing escalations and special requests as required.
Act as an extension of the team where required in defining requirements
To be involved in major projects and provide expertise for other teams.
Excellent with communication skills, project management skills.
Advanced in Presentation skills.
Proficient Relationship Management skills.

Qualification & Education:
University degree or equivalent qualification in the field of CRM, Marketing or Information Technology.

Minimum Diploma (2 years or more). Project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM, or PMI membership) or knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred
Minimum of 7 years of work experience within relevant field
