Business Development Manager- Abu Dhabi

The purpose of this role is to identify and develop a strong client network (media/large) resulting in continuous business opportunities within the full spectrum of Adecco services.

•             Identify new /potential clients within the area of responsibility. Connect and build the relationship by promoting the Adecco services.

•             Plan and implement the sales activity / development within own area of responsibility and client list, in accordance with the objectives, priorities of the country and corporate strategy.

•             Update relevant sales tools of Adecco with all sales activity. Provide accurate sales reporting both regular and ad hoc requested.

•             Be up to date with local market developments, including market intelligence, market trends, competition activity, market/client potential.

•             Implement the pricing policy of Adecco and be able to defend proposed pricing model during the client negotiations.
                prepare business offers, runs the negotiations, draws up tenders, contracts and coordinates their implementation,

•             Monitor the full cycle of sales : identify the opportunity, connect with client, build the added value proposition, present it and negotiate, close the sale by signing the contract, support invoicing /collection process

•             At least 2-3 years in B2B sales in a multinational organization with a successful track record of sales activity – HR industry is preferable

•             Arabic and English is mandatory

•             MS Office – Excel, Power Point

•             Valid driving license
