Rig Electrician–Offshore with jackup
Minimum requirement/ Basic Function
To supervises and participate in the installation, repair and maintenance of all electrical equipment and related electrical elements of mechanical equipment located on assigned rig, covering AC distribution, power and lighting systems, DC electric drive systems, control boards, switch-gear assembly, S.C.R/VFD. equipment, drilling instrument and control.
To implement and follow up on preventive maintenance program and effect breakdown repairs as required. Years of experience 8 years' experience in maintenance and repair of industrial electrical equipment (high voltage) AC/DC
Education Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by 2 years' full time study leading to a Diploma in electric technology
Age Below 45 years
special Knowledge Good knowledge of English.
