Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for energetic head hunters who are hardcore IT/Technology recruiters to take the next step in their career in a growing, highly specialized World’s Top recruitment firm with an unbeatable commission structure. Our operating model is a full desk model to gain experience across business development, relationship management, and candidate acquisition in a 360 recruiter role.
Position Title: Technology Headhunters
Exp level: 3-10 years(Individual Contributors)
Job Location: Bengaluru, India
Responsibilities:
Over 5+ years of international recruitment experience ideally with in EMEA in the tech sector primarily- UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Eastern Europe etc.
Should have experience in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping, designing processes, a working understanding of local employment laws, organizational structures and salary trends.
Individual who can proactively identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and our management team scale a highly engaged and inclusive team
Driving strategic hiring decisions and influence key stakeholders.
Should have excellent people skills to develop business cases and meet stakeholder requirements, while building and managing internal and external partnerships.
Liaise with Head of Technology, Dubai to gain clarity on Hiring Demand Fulfillment priorities and receive requisitions for job profiles in the client’s.
Demand Posting: Use partners as directed by the client to automatically post the requisition to analyzed channels that are most effective and from within the client’s organization. Understand current client Branding Strategies and deploy them consistently across locations.
Manage the various aspects of the Recruitment Process such as sourcing, processing exceptions (e.g. verbal offers where required, informational interview accommodations or scheduling).
Identify, network, and sell to potential Clients through creative matching strategies, including the use of our internal database, job boards, and social networking.
Maintain and update a prospective Client pipeline by cold calling/prospecting calls.
Develop and maintain candidate relations through relationship driven calls and meetings.
Negotiate pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations.
