Opportunity for HPSM Admin-Jeddah(Saudi Arabia)
Adecco Middle East is recruiting for an exciting service management with one of our prestigious client based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a HPSM Admin with experience in Experience in implementation & support of HPSM modules, administering HP servers and solving usability issues.

Job Description
Overall 5+ years of experience
At least 3+ years of experience in ITSM platforms, preferably HPSM
Experience in implementation & support of HPSM modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, LDAP/AD/Email/DB integration & 3rd party tools/platform integration
Perform day to day administration of HPSM modules including changes to process and workflows.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Develop clear and concise technical & process documentation
Communicate HPSM processes, operations, and capability information to all levels of management effectively
Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different
Administrate HPSM server
Administrate HPSM Integrations
Assist HPSM users and solving usability issues
Conduct awareness sessions to the users
Build reports/dashboards on a regular basis
Assist in maintaining the ITSM processes within the tool
Contribute in any project related to HPSM Service Manager
Monitoring and maintaining the production environments
Daily administration and support of HPSM application and server
Follow up on and take responsibility for unresolved issues and escalations.
Perform other duties as assigned

HPSM 9.33 and 9.64
4+ years of experience in HPSM service Manager
