Adecco Middle East is currently recruiting for multiple Big Data Architects (Cloudera) for one of our prestigious client based in Dubai, UAE. We are looking to hire someone who can design & develop with Cloudera Stack. Design solutions in detail within the cloud. Cloudera’s open source Hadoop stack (CDH), (Cloudera Manager) Cloudera’s expert technical support.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related technical discipline and extensive work experience (10- 12+ years of overall IT experience with Big Data, Analytics, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence)

Must have Big Data Solution Architect (total exp-15 years & Big data exp 8+ years)
Should have done 2-3 end to end Large implementations
Cloudera experience is preferred
Experience deploying Cloudera Enterprise to create central data hubs combining large volumes of diverse and detailed data
We are looking for a Big Data Architect to hire into our Big Data & Analytics Practice. We are looking for someone who can design, engineer and build data platform solutions using Big Data Technologies. Own and establish a Reference Architecture for Big Data. Establish and communicate fit for purpose analytical platforms for business prototypes. Lead innovation by exploring, investigating, recommending, benchmarking
Technical skills: To work as a big data architect, applicants are required to have expertise in Big Data tools and technologies and must be experienced in the following areas: Linux expertise; experience in the set-up and administration of Hadoop platform; working knowledge of tools like Hive, Spark, HBase, Sqoop, Impala, Kafka, Flume, Oozie, MapReduce, etc.
They are also required to have an understanding of scripting languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or Shell Scripting, etc.; practical knowledge of end-to-end design and build process of Near-Real Time and Batch Data Pipelines; expertise with SQL and Data modeling working in Agile development process.
Ability to work with large data sets: Big Data involves large data sets, so applicants must be able to work with highly diverse data in multiple types and formats, and sources
