Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: 12 months extendable contract
Experience level: 10+ years

Purpose: Design, Develop, Implement, Operate and Manage the Dynamics 365 platform.
Job Description
Minimum of 8 years professional experience and consulting experience in a big 4 or equivalent consulting firm.
5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules
Experience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365
Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in IT applications and operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Depth understanding of IT agile software development frameworks
Solid knowledge of IT application design, development, support and operations Audit methodology
Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s degree on Technology or related field
Professional certification in Agile software development (Desired)
Professional certification in Dynamics or agree to achieve appropriate certification in agreed upon timeframe (Desired)
Key Accountabilities
The Dynamics 365 Product Lead role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and strategically assists customers with assessments, solution design, implementation and operational support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform and related technologies.
The role is responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful Dynamics 365 implementation.
The role must have a good knowledge of the ERP series and hold certifications, or plan on obtaining certifications within 90 days of hire in the most current versions.
Solution Assessment
Lead the functional implementation of the Dynamics 365 platform with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for Dynamics 365 projects.
Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions, including customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365.
Provides leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
Ability to be client-facing including effectively communicating with the client, leading meetings, and capturing and distributing action items.
Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members
Solution Design
Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system
Architecting the ERP system, related customizations and reports to model the organizational process
Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
Advise on complex Dynamics 365 business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on out of the box features, 3rd parties and customizations
Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
Create estimates for implementation tasks
Solution Implementation
Conduct data migration from external systems into MS Dynamics 365
Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
Lead the implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs.
Assist with providing inputs to the project plans, estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
Participate in implementation customization and configuration for Dynamics 365 solutions
Writing technical specifications for planned work
Building and configuring custom forms, views, dashboards and workflows
Working closely with Data visualization project teams or other resources for completion of projects related to the Dynamics 365 platform
Solution Support
Regularly communicating with the Business Systems Manager and business users on the status of issues and projects
Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap
Estimating the completion of support requests and managing resource time
Assists with upgrades of on-premises environments
Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively assessment of solutions.
Conduct user and administrator training
Build expertise in Industry areas of focus, contributes to development of Industry solutions
Ensuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processes
