Communications Manager - KSA
We are searching for a Communications Manager for a large retail conglomerate to oversee both internal and external communications in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Title:

Reports to:
KSA Country Manager
Unit / Division:
KSA International Business Division
Job Purpose:
Build the company reputation through planned activities that enhance the corporate brand image, including the facilitation of both internal and external communications regarding strategic change, and corporate initiatives. Key audiences include executive and employee levels as well as government and other group companies. Implement strategic decisions based on an expert understanding of the local external and internal environment. Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, journalism or PR
- Relevant masters or post graduate degree is highly desirable
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 10 years of experience in internal and external communication management including at least 4-5 years of increasing managerial responsibilities.
- Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
- Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
