Operations Manager - Logistics Delivery
Join Adecco Middle East for a career more fulfilling than you could ever imagine. We are looking for Operations Manager to join Logistics Delivery Team at Adecco headquarters in Dubai.
We are growing our fleet, our staff, our clients and require an Operations Manager to oversee delivery fleet business.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning and preparation of the entire fleet delivery operations
Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet
Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits. Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules
Take care of delivery men and track their delivery record and performance Assign directions to the delivery men with regards to the area and time
Take care of all the records and documents Train the delivery men if needed
Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency
You will need to discipline drivers who are not making efficient use of their time, requiring excellent leadership and decision making skill.
Track the cash on delivery for delivery associates
Develop and grow delivery business in UAE
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified candidates with bachelor’s degree in any domain
Industrial Experience minimum 5+ years in UAE market within the same industry
Candidates available to join on immediate basis are highly preferred
