Call Center Agents (3 Months Contract)
We are hiring Call Center Agents for our client a leading Fashion Ecommerce platform.
This is a short term opportunity for candidates located in UAE.
Job Summary:
We urgently seek candidates with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
The role will be for a duration of 3 months with possibilities of extension depending on performance and business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming chats from various customers
- Customer order confirmations support
- Handling inbound calls and assisting with customer queries
- Handling customer escalation calls
Work Hours: 9 hour shifts rotational, 6 days a week, 1 hour break
Visa Status: Due to the nature of the role we prefer candidates on sponsored or student visa, on selection, Adecco will be providing temporary labour card for the duration of employment.
Job Training: Candidates will be trained before the commencement of the job.
