Adecco is recruiting a Executive Chef for our esteemed client based in Saudi Arabia.
This is an onsite opportunity based in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah/Riyadh) and we are excited to welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia immediately or in a months’ notice.
Job Summary:
Job Title: Executive Chef – Fine Dining Restaurant
Job Location: Saudi Arabia (Jeddah/Riyadh)
Mandatory candidate requirements:
Education
- University degree from hospitality or culinary school or academy
Experience
- At least 7 years of Management in a similar position in Fine Dining Restaurants.
- Ability to read financial reports and forecasts (cost and forecasting)
- Good knowledge of the sanitation and the regulations from the municipality
Computer Skills
- Basic computer skills and POS systems.

- English
Job Description:
Kitchen management:
- Actively participate in the planning, maintenance, and pricing of the restaurant menu through adaptability to the market trends, customers’ needs & competition to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Set and manage the standardized operations, recipes and portioning to ensure the cost controlling and maintaining quality.
- Support the restaurant general manager in the strategic planning of adding new services (timings of the operation and menus set to ensure increasing the footfall according to customers’ needs.
- Ensure implementation of the policies and procedures in the kitchen to ensure compliance with the Brand’s policies and governmental regulations.
Customer satisfaction:
- Maintain customers’ satisfaction through applying all the comments and feedback to enhance quality of food and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of production and quality to ensure retaining and satisfying the customers.
- Build & maintain relationship with the restaurant’s customers through providing best in class service to ensure customers’ satisfaction & retention.
Quality & cost control:
- Maintain quality control on the production and service (including and not limited to HACCP and the best before dates of the ingredients) to ensure meeting the brand requirements and positioning in the market.
- Maintain ingredients quality by receiving the ingredients and products to the kitchen and ensuring the right processing of the material and products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Supervise implementation of the maintenance, hygiene, health & safety plan in the kitchen to ensure best in class standards are applied.
Work Environment:
- Indoors :90%
- Outdoors :10% (catering events)
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
Working Hours : 9 to 12 hours including one hour break (on call)
Salary & Benefits:
Salary – USD 6840 +Leave Allowance+ Educational Allowance
