Adecco is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for our esteemed client based in Saudi Arabia.
This is an onsite opportunity based in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah/Riyadh) and we are excited to welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia immediately or in a months’ notice.
Job Summary:
Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Casual Dining Restaurant
Job Location: Saudi Arabia (Jeddah/Riyadh)
Mandatory candidate requirements:
Education
- University degree
Experience
- At least 5 years of Management in a similar position
- Ability to read financial reports and forecasts
Computer Skills
- Basic computer skills and POS systems
Languages
- English
Job Description:
Restaurant Management:
- Support in the planning, maintenance, and pricing of the restaurant menu through adaptability to the market trends, customers’ needs & competition to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Manage and develop the performance of the restaurant team through providing performance feedback, appraisal and conversations, coaching…etc. to ensure the achievement of the restaurant’s objectives and to ensure proper development for the staff.
- Ensure implementation of the policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Brand’s policies and governmental regulations.
Customers’ satisfaction:
- Build & maintain relationship with the restaurant’s customers through managing the overpass system, providing best in class service to ensure customers’ satisfaction & retention.
- Gather and apply the customers comments and feedback within the restaurant’s policies to ensure customers satisfaction and retention.
Quality & financial control:
- Maintain quality control on the production and service (including and not limited to HACCP and the best before dates of the ingredients) to ensure meeting the brand requirements and positioning in the market.
- Oversee the implementation of the preventive maintenance strategy for the kitchen to avoid any rodents’ presence in the kitchen & to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Support the RGM in optimizing the costs without affecting the quality or the operations through searching for better value ingredients and convince the main brand to utilize them.
Work Environment:
- Indoors :90%
- Outdoors :10% (catering events)
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
Working Hours : 9 to 12 hours including one hour break (on call)

Salary – USD 5039 +Leave Allowance+ Educational Allowance
