Adecco Middle East is looking to hire a Senior Capital Investment Raising Manager to help source, appraise, structure, raise capital and execute investment deals to support a portfolio of a technology start-up which is one of the fastest emerging start-up in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong finance or investment background interested in moving into the fast-developing field of capital investment. In this role, you will use your expert communication skills and keen sense of initiative to spot capital raising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns. By coordinating events, writing proposals, and recruiting and leading volunteers, you will hone your speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while moving company closer to its financial goals.

Job Description
To identify, appraise and develop investment opportunities from social and community enterprises. This will include appraising the commercial and financial viability of the organization and their ability to afford to take on investment.
To grow a client portfolio.
To build long-term relationships with clients and monitor their social and financial performance.
To promote the organization externally, including attending events, networking, making presentations and building relationships with key stakeholders.
To source, screen and assess applications from social and community enterprises that meet Client’s investment criteria.
To lead commercial and financial due diligence and to prepare investment applications for consideration by the Director of Investments and / or Investment Committee.
This will involve thorough market research, financial analysis, modelling and forecasting, and social impact assessment.
To identify and secure, evaluate and priorities a pipeline of new business opportunities.
To manage and support a portfolio of clients, monitoring the social and financial performance
of existing investments and reviewing management information and compliance with covenants.
