Customer Happiness Manager
We are hiring for a Customer Happiness Manager for one of our government entities in Abu Dhabi.
The Customer Happiness Manager will join to collaborate with General services team to provide an excellent customer service and to promote this strategic objective throughout the company
Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer happiness team to maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure the value and satisfaction of internal and external customers
The Customer happiness manager supports operational objectives in the following way:
- Design & improve the internal and external customer experience
- Increase customer satisfaction and advocacy
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
- Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused on customer happiness up to high level standards in accordance with the Abu Dhabi government charter
Skills & Knowledge
• Proven experience as customer service manager or similar position
• Client services or management experience.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Great computer skills and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
• A professional appearance.
• Excellent knowledge of hospitality and security protocols and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Professionalism with pleasing personality
• The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in both Arabic and English
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in related Field (Hospitality/ Facility Management or Business Administration).
• Experience in a similar role for customer happiness or customer service within facility management/hospitality industry preferably in government sector
5-7 years of related experience required
