Marketing Manager

Adecco is currently recruiting for 2 Marketing Managers for our client, a global packaging manufacturing company. The primary function of the successful candidate is to deliver integrated marketing strategies for various customers. Designing, Building and leading customized marketing plans using market knowledge and your creative flair.

As a part of our Saudization program to support organisations with Saudi Nationalisation Scheme, we are looking to hire Saudi National talent only.

Job Summary: You will be a well-presented experience Marketing or Brand Manager who enjoys being results driven to successfully deploy marketing services to your customers.

Job Responsibilities:

· Collate, verify and analyze broad market-insight data specific to our customers growth plans.

· Confidently deliver marketing strategies to meet customers goals.

· Provide insights and input to new product requirements and manage promotional investment programs.

· Excellent communicator and presenting skills.

· To be self-driven and confident to work independently.

· To define business opportunities with an analytical mindset.

The Successful Applicant must have:

· At least a Degree Qualification in Sales/Marketing

· Have experience from overseas either from study or work.

· Arabic speaking with good written and verbal ability in English.

· Experience of working with International companies/customers.

· 4+ years experience in a similar role with working knowledge in the FMCG space.

· Intermediate /expert experience in all Microsoft office programs.

· The desire to learn and grow within a supporting culture.
