We are currently recruiting for Corporate Channels - Production Support role for our client in UAE.
Client: Confidential - Bank
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job type: Contract - 6 Months, Extendable
Job Designation: Corporate Channels - Production Support
Notice Period: 0 - 30 Days ONLY
Looking for candidates from India location
10+ years of experience
Internet Banking experience is must
Should have worked on Micro Services architecture
Good understanding of AWS cloud
Communicates to business and technical partners on incidents as they occur when they impact system performance or availability and closing the Incident with in SLA
Consult with Application team on the evaluation of software especially for the Tech stack and Software components
Owning the Production Deployment Related Task, make sure all the Pre-requisite for the Deployment are meet.
Periodically review and update the DR scripts to keep them updated
Keep DR information (Recovery Time Objective, Recover To Objective, etc)
Establishing cross-training initiatives within the team to provide enhanced support capability
Assisting with ongoing Audit readiness and sharing Evidence for Audit
Preparing and maintaining procedure documentation Assistance with production call logging
