We are currently recruiting for Oracle Database Engineer for our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi.
*This job posting is for a Contract position based in Dubai.
Job Title: Oracle Database Engineer
Job Location: Dubai
Job Type: 12 months and extendable
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Excellent knowledge in Oracle database administration is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge in Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data guard, Oracle Enterprise manager, Recovery manager is needed.
- Candidate should have excellent knowledge in Database patching, Database migration and Performance tuning.
- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux operating system, Agile working practices is needed.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Scripting (BASH, Python and other databases are added advantage)
- Candidate with banking knowledge or background will be preferred.
