Workforce Planning Associate (Emiratisation Program to empower Emirati talents in the region)
We are currently recruiting for a Workforce Planning Associate for our client, a consumer goods company based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- University degree
- Min. 2-3 years of workforce planning, min. 4 years of total HR experience
- Knowledge of workforce planning, organisation structure development practices
- Knowledge/understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Native Arabic and proficient English speaker
- Excellent budgeting and analytical skills
- Very good at communication as well as stakeholder management
Job Description:
- Reporting to Human Capital Strategy & Operations Manager
- Supports the development and updating of the strategic workforce planning and organizational design framework and procedures
- Monitors the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensures all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines
- Recommends improvements, provides inputs and implements policies, systems and procedures
- Conducts the integrated annual workforce plan for the assigned area in coordination with the area Leaders, the respective BP and Financial Analysts
- Gathers relevant information, policy changes etc. for the costing from relevant stakeholders, Finance and SAP system and liaises with Finance and Rewards team to revise the costing assumptions reflecting projected changes during the plan period
- Shares budgeted FTE and cost per month to Finance and HC reporting team
- Partners with Emiratization Department for individual area Emiratization Target setting by providing status, approved budget, attrition forecast, etc.
- Maintains workforce movement records throughout the year
- Provides cost impact analysis to stakeholders and, necessary information to Emiratization and Talent Acquisition Team
- Prepares sectional statements and reports timely and accurately
- Participates HR and IT related projects..
