Our CEO for One Month program offers one amazing candidate the opportunity to fill the shoes of our CEO for the most amazing internship experience out there. Whether you’re a schooled high performer, a natural leader, a born business guru, or your entrepreneurial journey took another path, it doesn’t matter to us at The Adecco Group. If you’re ambitious and ready to learn from the top, you could be our next global CEO and work directly under the supervision of our CEO Denis Machuel.
Duration: 1 month (Anytime between early June – Mid Aug)

Responsibilities:
- Working side- by-side to experience the life of a senior business leader.
- Shadow and work with Cluster leaders of UAE and Turkey, getting the opportunity to have international exposure in the first phase of the program.
- Work on a local project as well as global projects
- Participate on online debates, webinars.
- Be a part of press and media engagement. You will be the CEO1Month mentor, an ideal and an influencer for youth.
- You be will active on social media and other digital platforms sharing your CEO1Month journey.
