Job Description
An ideal candidate must have extensive experience as a Quality Assurance Tester/Lead
He/she should have good experience in project management and QA methodology which has familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
He/she should have working knowledge of test management software (e.g. QTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
He/she should Find and report bugs and glitches and Create Test cases and test scripts for functional and non-functional tests.
He/she must be capable of applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.
He/she should be strong enough in Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
He/she must be experienced enough in Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project, Recommend, apply, manage and support effective test automation technologies, tools, and techniques.
Ultimately Drive process improvement, innovation, and automation.
