RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building new user-facing features for our product using well known workflows by working closely with the product, marketing and design team, developing and testing features rapidly.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers using Agile software development methodologies
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Mandatory skills
- JavaScript, ES6, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Webpack, PWA, fluid and responsive design
- Angular JS/ Angular
- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues.
- Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
- Good understanding of SEO best practices
- Additional skills
- NodeJS, Express, Typescript
Related DevOps tooling experience is a big plus (e.g. Azure, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx etc)
