DevOps Engineer- Abu Dhabi

Adecco is looking to hire a DevOps Engineer for one of our prestigious client who is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: 12 months Contract

Competence:

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, principles, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or other similar tools.
• Experience in automating cloud infrastructure with tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Good knowledge of environment configuration management and troubleshooting.
• Ability to design and implement production-grade scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Experience with security practices in a DevOps environment.
• Experience in setting up and managing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) environments.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Jenkins Engineer.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
