Straw Process Leader (Saudization Program for Saudi Talent)

One of the biggest multinational food packaging and processing company is looking for a Straw Process Leader.
This job posting is for a permanent placement based in Jeddah, KSA.
Responsibilities:
- Driving performance improvement by
- Supporting the team in solving and preventing complex technical problems affecting line performance and quality
- Leading or participating Kaizen teams
- Supporting Maintenance Prevention (MP) process
- Maintain standardization of maintenance routines,
- Leading KPIs target setting and following up performance for respective platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the processing industry/food packaging
- Knowledge of extrusion technology is preferred
- Solid knowledge of functional safety, and Quality
- MS Office literacy is needed
- Working knowledge of WCM / TPM is required
- Hands on experience to work with teams to drive continuous initiatives is a must
- Self-driven and have a pro-active approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate complex topics in an effective and concise manner.
