IT Support Officer

Adecco Middle East is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join with our prestigious client in Al Ain, UAE. We are looking for an ideal candidate with 2-3 years of experience, will work on L1.5 support like basic troubleshooting and connectivity. The candidate has to come from Network background and CCNA is highly preferred.

Role: IT Support Office

Location: Al Ain, UAE

Contract Type: 6 months extended.

We prefer candidate to have Valid UAE Driving License and Car

Qualification Needed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are often preferred.
• Proven experience in network administration and IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, routing, and subnetting.
• Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and certifications
