Our client is a market leading provider of total security printing solutions with an established reputation for providing best-in-class “one stop shop” solutions to clients in the Banking, Banking, Government, Telecom, Retail, Hospitality & Transport Sectors. As part of their continued growth strategy, we are working exclusively with them to identify an experienced Business Development Manager to help them further expand their reach in the Banking / Financial Services industry.
Role Summary:
As a results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in security printing you will be able to develop & execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, foster relationships, enhance revenue streams and expand their market presence in their key market of Banking & Finance. Your key responsibilities will include market analysis, client acquisition, sales cycle management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in business development within security printing or related fields. Key skills include market understanding, communication, strategic planning, and goal orientation.
Utilizing their cutting-edge technology and comprehensive range of services to create customized solutions for customers across the UAE & Middle East region their commitment to excellence has helped our client build a strong client base of blue-chip customers in both the Private & Government sectors providing critical products such as banking cards, telecom cards, national ID cards, and passports. This role will provide the successful candidate with an ideal platform to achieve consistent growth in revenues & offers the opportunity for continued career development with a company that has been achieving YoY growth for a number of years.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape in the security printing industry.
  • Develop strategic plans and initiatives to penetrate new markets, expand our client base, and increase revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze market feedback and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize business growth and profitability.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels including networking events, industry conferences, and cold outreach.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that address client requirements and objectives.


Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and campaigns to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness.

Product and Service Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements, technological innovations, and emerging trends in security printing to enhance our product and service offerings.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to internal teams regarding market demand, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, production, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management roles within the security printing industry or related field.

Job-Specific Skills:
  • Strong understanding of security printing technologies, processes, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, drive sales growth, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for driving business success and exceeding customer expectations.
