Hiring Receptionist (Emiratization program) _Abu Dhabi location
We are recruiting receptionist for one of our esteemed client in Abu Dhabi. As a part of our Emiratization program, we are looking to hire Emirati candidates with family book.

EDUCATION AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Education
- Any high school graduate with some administrative experience would be preferred
- English and Arabic speaker, preferably a UAE national with bilingual skills
- Should be efficient with basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Calendar management tools, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers, etc.)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operations:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor visitor log, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings and manage the availability of meeting rooms
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs related to certain administrative tasks
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
