Adecco is currently recruiting for a MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Support Engineer to join our team for one of our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have 8+ years of experience in Technical support of Infrastructure and MS Dynamics AX
Must have hands on experience in the family products like SCCM, DPM, Etc
Must have experience in providing technical support for D365 F&O
Must be able to understand the Root cause analysis, issue analysis both on Functional and Infrastructure related issues
Must have hands on experience in upgrading D365 Operations infrastructure and deployments to latest versions.
Must have worked on AX 2009, 2012 migrations with multi environments architecture
Must be able to collaborate with subject matter experts and escalation managers when additional support is needed.
Must be able to manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devise and implement action plans and professionally communicate to all parties involved.
