Customer Service Executive - 2 Months Contract
Seeking Customer Service Executives for a large retail group for a period of 2 months.
Role responsibilities:-
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Working hours:
9 hours per day (1 hour break), Rotational shifts, 6 days a week (rotational off days can be any day in the week)
