Horcea Manager

Adecco are proud to be partnering with one of the regions leading FMCG distribution companies, to help find a Horeca Manager for their Kuwait operations.

Based in Kuwait, this exciting role will have you overseeing all things: Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes. You will be confident helping to build and drive a team, working with passion to drive sales volumes and new business distribution opportunities.

Job Summary: You will be a well-presented, professional and passionate Manager, who leads from the front. Being results focused you will strive for growth and be driven to successfully deliver sales and distribution strategies across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Coach your team.
• Maintain and develop new business relationships/opportunities.
• Focus on a happy culture and positive customer experience.
• Communicating with all levels both internally and externally.
• Ensuring a focus on sales and marketing activities.
• Ambition to be the one stop shop for all customers. Creating and maintaining brand image, market share and future sales growth.
• As a member of the Management team you will lead by example, thinking out-side the box and adding value every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Administration.
• Horeca Management experience would be a bonus. Managing a team of 5+.
• 8-10+ years' of experience in a similar role.
• Sound numeric reasoning and ability to tell a story with numbers.
• Proves experience of driving sales and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Adaptability, Collaborative and Independent working skills - Results driven.
