Key Account Director

Based in Johannesburg, this exciting role will have you overseeing all things Key Account focused. With strong experience in business development, sales growth, FMCG market knowledge and as a naturally engaging leader you will be confident to hit the ground running. You will be fortunate to work with self-driven and like-minded people across the globe to collaborate and strategize with.

We are ideally looking for someone who is based in Johannesburg or looking to relocate/return. South African market knowledge is essential. This role is for a permanent placement, with excellent opportunities for progression. Job Summary: You will be a well-presented and articulate Key Account Director who is at the forefront of a business and enjoys being results driven to successfully deliver sales and growth strategies across the business on a national level.

Responsibilities

· Leading strategic large key accounts across multiple business lines.

· Relationship focused to grow existing clients, and growth for new client opportunities.

· Commercially driven - Sales forecasting and growth focused on customer satisfaction.

· As a member of the Management team you will country focused, strategic and an ambassador for the brand

· Lead and manage a management team being approachable, fair and an engaging role model. Resilient and adaptable to market changes.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.

· At least 3+ years' of experience at Director level

· Hunger to succeed and for career progression.

· Regional or National leadership footprint.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Adaptability, Collaborative and Independent Dynamic working skills - Results driven.
