Managing Director

We are currently recruiting for Managing Director for an international industrial solution company. Reporting to board of directors, the ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue growth and profitability, business transformation and development.

This job posting is for a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage, control and oversee all sales activities of the Region

- Being responsible for strategic development and direction of the Region

- Analyze the market for sales strategy to grow the business

- Develop, establish and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective partners

- Assisting project and tasks required by the management

- Manage the budget and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue and profit

- Promote a harmonious working environment to ensure employees are motivated and operations run smoothly

- Provide guidance, motivate and develop employees to reach the targets

Qualifications:

- Min. 15 years of experience preferably machinery related industries, minimum 5 years in the Middle East

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Strong strategic thinking and understanding of B2B business models

- Effective planning and organizational skills with analytical approach

- Excellent oral and writing skills in English and German would be an advantage

- Readiness to travel frequently locally and overseas, without travel restriction
