Process Leader – Finishing (Saudization Program for Saudi Talent)

One of the biggest multinational food packaging and processing company is looking for a Process Leader – Finishing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing loss analysis in the process and proposing actions derived from the analysis to improve equipment efficiency.
This job posting is for a permanent placement based in Jeddah, KSA.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the equipment efficiency or process/ production line.
- Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
- Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line
- Working site management and be responsible for safety
- WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress and participate WCM pillar activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial Engineering
- 5 years' experience at production area
- Strong background in WCM analysis and tools
- Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.
- Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/ Maintenance or WCM
