We are currently recruiting for Program Manager for our prestigious client based in Dubai.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, leading and engaging multiple platforms /teams to achieve high level performance, and quality delivery.
• Managing all asset onboarding platforms
• Owner of technology Portfolio for the business. Managing and forming stakeholder relationships.
• To guide and manage the implementation of multiple initiatives related to enhancement of the Banks information systems and processes.
• To manage the overall Projects Portfolio and related initiatives to ensure that resources are available and channeled to produce the planned deliverables on time and within the approved budget.
• To meet with the Project stakeholders in order to discuss matters related to the Projects and provide them with necessary suggestions & recommendations.
• To review and provide regular Portfolio status reports in order to update the management regarding status of current project initiatives and/or on the tasks assigned.
• Ensure proper handover of the project to the respective unit on the successful completion of the projects.
• To Ensure all the projects are carried out in a cost-effective manner by complying with the approved budget and providing high customer service to bank staff.
• To ensure all the activities comply with policies & procedures of IT Dept & the Bank
• To ensure necessary training and development initiatives are taken across the unit.
• To provide adequate support, guidance & motivation to the team members in order to ensure the achievement of assigned projects.
• Responsible to provide audit input requirements, close all assigned audit observations and provide closing evidence related to your area to IT-QA team or Audit team in a timely manner.
• All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Requirements:

• Min 10+ years in Information Technology
• Must have hands on experience in implementing banking applications.
• In depth knowledge in Implementing banking applications and technical processes including EPM and Change Management.
• Must have experience on asset onboarding platforms and Finn One experience.
