Project Manager
Adecco Middle East is hiring a "Project Manager" for one of our prestigious clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Duration: 12 Months and Extendable
Experience level: 7+ years.
Job Description: -
Project Oversight
- Oversee the implementation of multiple (7-12) fast-paced and short-duration projects with various government entities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with project managers from project executing entities to support planning activities and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Communication and Reporting
- Collect data and reports from each entity on a weekly basis and consistent project update reports, summarizing progress, challenges, and key milestones.
- Maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders across all entities, ensuring a common understanding of project status and timelines.
Monitoring and Control
- Monitor project progress across all project executing entities, identifying potential risks and deviations from the plan.
- Implement effective monitoring mechanisms and support entities in control mechanisms to keep projects on course and within established timelines.
Government Entities Collaboration
- Leverage previous experience working with government entities to navigate bureaucratic processes efficiently.
- Foster positive relationships with government stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven background in project management, specifically within a governmental context.
Background: Business-oriented individual with a strong understanding of project planning, communication, and monitoring / control processes.
Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and government entities.
