We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representative (CSR) role for our client.
- Job title – Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Location – Abu Dhabi/Dubai/Al Ain
- Duration – 3 Months
- Requirement – Immediate (Candidates readily available to join on short notice will be given preference)
Minimum Experience:
▪ 0 – 2 years relevant experience in banking sector
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
▪ Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills
▪ Excellent communication skill in English
